I-CDSR yinkampani yokuqala evelisa ipayipi elihambayo eTshayina, eyaphumelela ukuvelisa ipayipi elihambayo kwasekuqaleni kowama-1999. Ubushushu bokusebenza kwepayipi elihambayo yi--20°C ukuya kuma-50°C, kwaye inokuthutha amanzi acocekileyo, amanzi olwandle, kunye nomxube we-silt, udongwe, kunye nesanti. Uphuhliso lwetekhnoloji yepayipi elihambayo luzivumela ukuba zilayishe imisebenzi eyahlukeneyo kakhulu kwaye zinyuse umthamo wokuthutha ozinzileyo, kwaye ngaloo ndlela ziphumela kumbhobho ozimeleyo ohambayo owenziwe ziipayipi ezihambayo, eziqhagamshelwe ngasemva kwedredger. I-CDSRSisiNgesiIsidumbu HI-ose inokumelana neemfuno zofakelo olunzima kakhulu lwaselunxwemeni.

Ukwakhiwa kwepayipi ye-CDSR Single Carcass Hose kuqulathe izinto ezintathu eziphambili:

(1) i-smooth bore elastomeric lining exhathisa iintlobo ngeentlobo zeehydrocarbon,

(2) isidumbu esiqinisiweyo se-elastomer esisemgangathweni esineengqimba ezininzi zeentambo zelaphu ezixineneyo kunye ne-embedded steel wire helix,

(3) isigqubuthelo se-elastomer esiqinileyo nesiqinileyo, esimelana nokwaluphala, ukurhawuzelelwa, ukuguguleka, ukukhanya kwelanga, ukukrazuka, ukungena kweoyile kunye namanzi olwandle.

 

I-CDSRDIpayipi yeCarcass e-ouble luhlobo lwepayipi yokulwa nongcoliseko, enokuthintela ngempumelelo ukuvuza kweoyile kunye nomonakalo okusingqongileyo.

Ukongeza kwi-hose carcass eqhelekileyo (ebizwa ngokuba yi-'primary carcass'), i-CDSR Double Carcass Hose iquka i-carcass yesibini eyongezelelweyo eyenzelwe ukugcina nayiphi na imveliso ephuma kwi-carcass yokuqala ngenxa yokuvuza kancinci okanye ukusilela ngequbuliso.
